Partner sponsorship offers the deepest engagement with delegates, press and thousands of architects. INSIDE is promoted during a year-long marketing campaign.

Awards and prizes

The INSIDE awards are integral to the fabric of the Festival. Architects and designers from across the globe enter projects from in nine categories. Every shortlisted scheme is presented and judged live at INSIDE. Award category sponsorship enables you to support design excellence while engaging directly with the architects and designers as they celebrate their achievements and plan their next project. Sponsorship of cross category prizes is also possible and can be tailored in line with your focus.


Design’s thought leaders contribute to, and participate in, INSIDE’s industry shaping seminar programme. The seminars provide insight and inspiration to equip audiences to solve the toughest challenges facing architects today. Sponsorship of a seminar session allows your company to reach this key audience and inform their decisions. Position your company as a thought leader next to some of the most influential names in design.


Socials, receptions, dinners and parties are perhaps where the greatest amount of networking takes place at the festival and are a key element of INSIDE. From bespoke breakfast briefings, long lunch sessions, all the way through to exclusive evening soirees, there is an option that will deliver the branding and networking opportunities that are right for you. Whether you want to reach 10 or 2,000 new contacts there are lots of exciting new opportunities this year.


To complement the core INSIDE programme we are hosting a programme of fringe events such as book signing's and behind the scenes architectural tours. Designers don't just come to INSIDE to win, they come to be inspired. Sponsors can contribute to this journey of inspiration by working with us on one of our feature areas. INSIDE’s feature areas are designed to showcase innovative technologies and ideas and to provide areas at the event where architects can take a second to relax. Because the feature areas are commissioned and created for the festival as unique pieces of design they receive coverage in the build-up to and post event. Sponsoring an INSIDE feature provides long term brand exposure to an audience of architects and designers far in excess of the 2,000 delegates on site. Feature sponsorship also provides an opportunity to demonstrate your own industry leading innovations, new kit and inspirational ideas.


Exhibition stands provide the platform for launching new products and networking with specifiers at a time when they are opening their minds to new ideas and ways of working. Professionally edited footage from INSIDE, combined with bespoke interviews with your key representatives, showcase your WAF association far beyond the three days in November. Digital sponsors can use the footage for their website and promotional material.
